Sleek Side-firing Behind-the-head Model Delivers Great Sound
The P9 is ideal for listeners on the go looking for a great sound with street-smart style. Equipped with dynamic elements*, the P9 delivers an extended frequency response from 40-20,000 Hz. The side-firing design turns the elements to direct sound straight into the ear canal, delivering improved bass performance to get the most out of pop, rock, and rap music. The side-firing design can also mean a better fit important for getting the best possible sound performance. In addition the vertical side firing design is the least isolating allowing some sound into your ear without compromising the sound quality. This innovation allows the listener to remain aware of important outside sounds while enjoying the Sound of Koss.
The P9 features a sleek, simple design. Weighing about one-half ounce and barely touching the ear, the P9 is so lightweight and comfortable you can scarcely feel it on even after hours of listening. Its behind-the-head design accommodates almost all head shapes and sizes, won't interfere with hair, helmets, or hats, and won't slip even during rigorous activity like running. Volume control** on the cord makes it easy to adjust sound levels, even when your player is tucked away in a pocket or bag. Perfect for use with portables, the P9 includes a straight single-entry four-foot cord. A 3.5mm (1/8") plug, L-shaped to minimize cord stress, is included.
