Because both the ED1TCi and ED1TC incorporate a plastic ear cup - it allows for easy cleaning and disinfecting with maximum durability in a multiple user environment.

Every part of the Koss ED1TCi and ED1TC Institutional Headphone has been designed to be cleaned using a soft cloth and alcohol-based cleaning solution, sani wipes and other disinfectant wipes.

Care should be taken to avoid an excess liquid from entering the speaker element of the product when cleaning and disinfecting.

Be sure to throughly wipe down the headband, ear-cups, outer headphone shell, cord and any other areas of the headphone that may come in contact with the face or hands.
